We are so excited to share with your our Johnston Home Care maintenance program to keep your new D.W. Johnston custom home and landscape in pristine condition.
In assessing your homes unique specifications, we have created a tailored program and schedule for you. In your program, you will find 3 different tiers for you to choose from - Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Each package can be tailored to your individual preferences should you want to add services and/or adjust the frequency of when the service takes place.

1. D. W. Johnston will complete a home assessment, in this assessment your home's specifications will be noted in order to create a maintenance program catered to your home.
2. A staff member will work with each home owner in creating a custom maintenance schedule based on each homeowner's preferences and lifestyle.
3. A site manager will be at ever maintenance appointment to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
4. After each maintenance service a report will be provided to the homeowner along with annual reports showing all the services preformed.
